- Boneless chicken breast – 100g
- 2 beaten eggs
- Grated cheese – 50g
- Breadcrumbs – 225g
- Preheat oven to 200°
- Cut the chicken into pieces and dip in the egg. Then coat them with cheese and finally with breadcrumbs.
- Take a nonstick baking sheet, arrange them in a single layer, drizzle some olive oil and bake for 20 minutes.
You can serve them as evening snacks or as lunch or dinner with potato chips. You can also serve with salad or grilled vegetables.
